Pipeline components
A concrete pump pipeline can include straight pipes, bends, elbows, reducers, couplings, clamps, seals, rubber hoses, supports and wear components. The correct combination depends on the pump outlet, line diameter, route, pressure, placement equipment and existing site system.
Information needed
Provide the pipe diameter, length, wall thickness where known, flange or connection type, quantity and operating application. For bends and reducers, include the angle, radius, inlet and outlet sizes. Photos with measurements can help identify the required component.
Pipeline route planning
Vertical runs, long horizontal distances, direction changes and unsupported sections affect the pumping system. Pipeline planning should consider secure support, accessible joints, wear inspection, cleaning, pressure and safe routing around workers and site operations.
Inspection and compatibility
Do not assume similar-looking parts are interchangeable. Dimensions, pressure rating, connection profile and condition should be checked. Used pipeline should be inspected for wear, deformation and damage before use according to the responsible project and equipment procedures.
Requesting supply
Send Sky Alpha the component list, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and required date. If the full list is not yet known, share the pump model, outlet size, route and placement method so the enquiry can be clarified before quotation.
